About the awakening

During the late 200s, Sol Invictus became the primary deity of the Roman Empire.  In the early 300s, 

Emperor Constantine became the chief priest of this sun god.  He later became a Christian and converted the entire empire into Christianity, or did he?

The Awakening: Truths Revealed is a game about a female cleric named Haddah.  Yes, her name is a palindrome.  She has been sent on a mission to find the truth about Sol Invictus and other pagan concepts.  Her mighty maul has Ichthus symbols on it.  She will encounter a variety of challenges.  Who is telling the truth to her?  Who is not?

A new combat system, with a unique GUI (Graphical User Interface)  There is a prototype sample of it to the right.  Her decisions combined with future angelic companions will determine outcomes.  Will she attack with her maul or will she attack the unnatural with spiritual prayer and other abilities?

The title screen and character portraits are done with watercolor.  Our project watercolor artist is  Stephanie Savino.

How much does Sol Invictus influence the faith of many.  Join us in this adventure to reveal the deceptions.  Even today, August 28, 2022, falls on day named in the honor of Sol Invictus, Sunday.
